Oh how I love this color combo! Blue and green are my all time favorite and what better way to celebrate than with a lively menagerie of ginger jars and chinoiserie. This piece now holds the spot in my studio as the favorite. It is incredibly layered with details that peak through, toile, lattice, bamboo, subtle hints of gold leaf, and of course lots of whimsical floral blooms.  As with all of my mixed media collage paintings, you will find layers of papers, fabrics and hand-painted textiles throughout providing unique dimension and texture that can only be appreciated on an original piece.
