Frequently asked questions
ARTWORK
All art is shipped with insurance and tracking. If you have a package that was marked as DELIVERED, but you did not receive please do the following:
• Check with neighbors and or other areas of the outside of your home where
packages may be left.
• Reach out directly to the shipping carrier
• Contact us and report your lost or stolen item within 7 days of the marked delivery
date
In the instance of lost/stolen packages, the third party delivery service will be responsible.
Please note that Carolyn Shultz Art in not responsible for refunding or reshipping LOST orders due to incorrect address at checkout.
