Original art ships within 7-10 business days and usually arrives within 5 business days after shipment. Most shipments require a signature upon delivery and are insured for full value. Prints are custom ordered and ship directly from my printer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Absolutely! We offer international shipping. Just email us at carolynshultzart@icloud.com with the artwork you're interested in and your destination. We'll find the best shipping option for you. Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

All sales of artwork and prints are final, even if the art has not yet shipped. Color differences may occur due to monitor settings. We strive to ensure photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about a piece, please contact us before purchasing.

All art is shipped with insurance and tracking. If you have a package that was marked as DELIVERED, but you did not receive please do the following:

• Check with neighbors and or other areas of the outside of your home where

packages may be left.

• Reach out directly to the shipping carrier

• Contact us and report your lost or stolen item within 7 days of the marked delivery

date

In the instance of lost/stolen packages, the third party delivery service will be responsible.

Inspect your package upon arrival to ensure your art is safe. If there is any damage, email us at carolynshultzart@icloud.com within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Carolyn Shultz retains the copyright to all her original artwork and prints. Using images of her art for commercial purposes or monetary gain is illegal. Feel free to share her art on Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest, but please credit Carolyn Shultz Art.
